Harper Auto Wash - Bearden

BEST OF THE BEST I recently signed up for a membership at Harper’s – and couldn’t be more pleased by the service and the care and attention to detail that they took with my car. On top of that, I had left my headphone case in the waiting room – and they had somebody take it to the Lost and Found. Keep it safe until I was able to come back and find them. I will not use any other car wash - Paul and his crew are top notch!! HIGHLY HIGHLY RECCOMEND!!

The service was poor, and when I approached the floor lead, Paul Latham, and showed him all of the places they did not wipe down or vacuum, he showed no concern; he simply told me to contact the manager, Bobby Eggers. He kindly mentioned that they use AI to handle all complaints, so I would need to drive an hour back to Knoxville to speak with Bobby in person.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just had my truck looking brand new again at this car wash, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Ellis! From the moment I pulled in, Ellis was on it — super friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. He made sure every detail was perfect, from the wheels to the windows, and even threw in some extra attention on the trim that I didn’t expect. My truck hasn’t looked this clean in months. The whole team is solid, but Ellis really stood out. If you want a thorough, quality car wash with great service, come here and ask for Ellis. He’s the real deal. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend Harper Auto Wash enough. If you care about your vehicle, this is the place to go—no question about it. The quality of their wash is absolutely unmatched. They pay attention to the details that most places overlook, and every time I leave, my vehicle looks better than I expected. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. What really sets them apart, though, is their customer service. The team is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re taken care of. You don’t feel like just another customer—you feel valued. If you’re looking for the best car wash around, do yourself a favor and go to Harper Auto Wash. You won’t be disappointed.

I'm gonna be honest, for $64 for the best of the best single-time use wash, I expected a LOT better. Disclaimer: I use my car as a daily driver and I live in Rutledge, TN. I came to this location because it's highly rated and I am gonna let my mother-in-law drive it for a week. So I want it to look amazing. I lack time before we get ready to leave, and figured an all-in-one place like this would do a good job. I am not happy with these results. By no means am I expecting the staff to remove all items from the trunk or floorboards. I should have done that beforehand, but I forgot to. What I do expect is a good detail job, trash removed from doors, doors wiped down, and the exterior to be cleaned. See photos for results. I drove out of their facility and into the Kroger parking lot down the road, so no major change from Will not be coming back to this brand again. Edit: after working with the manager Robert, I was willing to give this place another shot. But between miscommunication and having to drive out there multiple times because of my schedule, I was still left wanting a better experience. Robert tried his best, and the second clean was better than the first time I went. How
